Robert (Bob) Bradshaw, Jr.

Funeral Director/Owner

Bob is a life long resident of Crisfield graduating from Crisfield High School Class of 1972. He has worked at the funeral home since age 16. He graduated from Catonsville Community College in Baltimore in 1975 with a degree in Mortuary Science and is the 5th generation of funeral directors with the firm. He is a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Crisfield where he is chairman of the Memorial Fund, a life member of the Crisfield Fire Dept. currently serving as Deputy Chief, a Life and Charter member of the Lower Somerset Co. Ambulance and Rescue Squad where he was past Captain, a member of the Crisfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Crisfield Elks Lodge # 1044, Sons of the American Legion Stanley Cochrane Post # 16, was a member of the Maryland State Board of Morticians & Funeral Directors, where he served from 2005 to 2013,and was reappointed in 2015 to serve another eight year term under Gov. Larry Hogan, and is also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association and the Delmarva Funeral Service Association. He lives in Crisfield with his wife, Bonnie, and daughters, Bobbie Lynn Bradshaw Tyler, and Mary Beth Noel Bradshaw, who is the 6th generation of funeral directors and Lindsay Bradshaw Atkins, who also resides in Crisfield.

Mary Beth Noel Bradshaw-Coale

Funeral Director

Mary Beth is a life long resident of Crisfield graduating from Crisfield High School Class of 1996. She graduated from Catonsville Community College in 1999 with a degree in Mortuary Science. She is the 6th generation of funeral directors of the family firm. Mary Beth resides in Crisfield and East New Market with her husband, Roman, and children, Alaina, Dusti, Addison and Graham.

Frankie Pruitt

Funeral Director Assistant

Born and raised on Tangier Island, Virginia, Frankie has been working with the firm since 1995. He is a 1992 graduate of Tangier High School. Very active in the community of Crisfield, Frankie is a member of the Crisfield Fire Department serving as Fire Chief, and a member and past Captain of the Lower Somerset County Ambulance and Rescue Squad, an active member with the Emergency Medical Services at the Princess Anne Vol. Fire Dept., and the Crisfield Elks Lodge # 1044. He attends Immanuel United Methodist Church and resides in Crisfield with his daughters, Alaina and Dusti-Kate, and his fiancé, Patty Lentine.

Bobbie Lynn Bradshaw Tyler

Funeral Director Assistant

Bobbie Lynn (Bobbob) is a life long resident of Crisfield, graduating from Crisfield High School Class of 2006. She is a graduate from The Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology and works as an assistant at the funeral home. In her spare time, she also works as a make-up artist for her business, BLBeauty. She resides in Crisfield with her husband, Deric, sons Jaxon Deric and Jett Robert, and daughter, Jemma Avalon.

Bonnie Bradshaw

Assistant

Bonnie has been a member of our staff since 1974 since she and Bob, Jr. were married. Bonnie was a school teacher in the Somerset County School system for 31 years, retiring in 2007. She has always been willing to assist in many ways at our family firm. She graduated from Crisfield High School in 1972 and Salisbury Univeristy in 1976 majoring in elementary education. Her memberships include the Immanuel United Methodist Church, past President of the Edward W. McCready Memorial Hospital Junior Board Auxiliary, President of the Crisfield Lioness Club, and also volunteers at the J. Millard Tawes Museum in Crisfield. She lives in Crisfield with her husband, Bob, and daughters, Bobbie Lynn, and Mary Beth Noel Bradshaw, who is the 6th generation of funeral directors and Lindsay Bradshaw Atkins, who also resides in Crisfield.

Connie Windsor

Beautician

Connie is a life long resident of Crisfield, graduating from Crisfield High School Class of 1968. She graduated from the Delmarva Beauty Academy in 1972. Connie has been a valuable part of our staff since 1999. She attends the Asbury United Methodist Church and resides in Crisfield with her husband, Jerry.

Stephen S. Willing

Funeral Director Assistant

Stephen S. Willing is from Rock Creek/Chance, MD and lives in Marion Station, MD with his wife, Crystal and daughter, former Miss Maryland 2022, Kayla Willing. He also has two sons, Kyle Willing and wife Rachel, and Luke Willing and wife Lucy.

Steve is the Pastor at his church, Christ Fellowship Bible Church in Marion Station, MD. He is a member of the Sons of American Legion, Police Accountability Board of Somerset County, and Judge of the Somerset County Orphans Court.

Alaina Tess "Lainie" Pruitt

Funeral Director Assistant

Alaina Tess "Lainie" Pruitt, is a life-long resident of Crisfield, graduating from Crisfield High School Class of 2019. She is the daughter of Frankie Pruitt and Mary Beth Bradshaw Coale of Crisfield, whom are also employed at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home. She is currently a Senior at Wilmington University studying Human Resource Management. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and going to the beach.

Roman G. Coale, husband of funeral director, Mary Beth Bradshaw Coale, resides in East New Market with Mary Beth, and sons, Addison and Graham. He has been working with us since 2023 and has been a funeral director since 1999.
