Obituary

Woodrow Wilson Cullen, Jr., affectionately known as "Candy Boy", died Monday, June 13, 2022 at Berlin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Berlin.  He was 81.

Born in Crisfield on April 6, 1941, he was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson Cullen and Dolly Frances Morgan Widdowson.  He was a waterman and enjoyed hunting with his best friend and cousin, Johnny Cullen.

He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Carolyn Frances Tull Cullen; three grandchildren, Nichole Green, Brittani Flahie, and Dylan Bordell; and two great-granddaughters, Nola Green and Hadley Flahie.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kandy Faye Bordell in 2009; and a brother, Mike "Skeeter" Cullen.

No services are planned at this time.  Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
