Obituary
Winifred Webb Dial, 84, of Crisfield, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at McCready Memorial Hospital.
Born in Crisfield on September 2, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Kathryn Lankford Webb. Her husband, Raymond Patrick Dial preceded her in death on November 11, 1967.
A 1948 graduate of Crisfield High School, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse at McCready Hospital for 32 years.
She loved working with her hands doing crafts including crocheting, knitting, and plastic canvassing which was her favorite.
She is survived by her daughter, Lois Jones of Crisfield; five grandchildren, Tom Jones and wife Sara of Crisfield, Paul Cullen, Jr., Lisa Cullen, Cara Cullen, and Patrick Cullen; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Hannah, Ella, and Jack Jones, several other great-grandchildren; and her cousin, Betty Tyler of Crisfield.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Jane Priscilla Dial in 1990 and Julie Kathryn Cullen in 2012.
A graveside funeral service and interment will be held on 2 PM Monday, September 19, 2016 at Sunnyridge Memorial Park. The Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
