William David Warfield, 47, of Fruitland, died Thursday, May 26, 2016 at his home.
Born in Crisfield January 1, 1969, he was a son of William Welling Warfield, III of Crisfield and Deborah Gail Seyda Wessels of Marion.
He was a drivet mechanic for All State Construction Company in Ocean City.
A member of Wesley Immanuel Church in Salisbury, he was an avid deep sea fisherman who also enjoyed cooking, collection designer sneakers and watches, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of five years, Gloria Elizabeth Warfield of Fruitland; his father, William Welling "Bill" Warfield, III and his wife Edith of Crisfield; his mother, Deborah Gail Seyda Wessels of Marion; two sons, William David Warfield, Jr. and companion Shaunda Crowling of Selbyville and Anthony Thomas Warfield of Ocean City; a granddaughter, Sophia Marie Warfield; two brothers, Andrew William Warfield of Florida and Jonathan Neil Somers of Salisbury; a sister, Vonda Kay Somers of Crisfield; two step-siblings, Bonnie Matthews and Jimmy Aswell of Crisfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
