Obituary

William Franklin "Frankie" Bradshaw, 70, of Rhodes Point, Smith Island, died Monday, November 19, 2012 at Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home in Salisbury.

Born on Smith Island March 23, 1942, he was the son of the late Bain and Lucy Ellsworth Bradshaw.

He was a waterman and retired from Rubberset Corp. in Crisfield. He loved wood working, and especially loved to build the Thomas Point Lighthouse for people's yards. He was a quiet but fun-loving person who enjoyed kidding and carrying on with people. He loved being with his family.

He is survived by two sisters, Geneva Y. Fitzgerald and husband Larry of Rhodes Point, and Val Lynch and husband Rusty of Seaford; and his nieces and nephews, Mia Wilkinson of Eden, Johnny Parks, Michael Parks, and Cindy Bradshaw, all of Rhodes Point, Hoss Parks of Ewell, Venessa Parks of Marion, Geneva "Gena" Barnes of Seaford, Bill Parks of Bridgeville, Brad Evans of Crisfield, and Melissa Cassimore of Laurel.

Cremation followed his death, and memorial services will be held at a later date.
