William Horace "Billy" Windsor, 77, of Marion Station, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at his home.

Born in Crisfield on November 6, 1943, he was raised on the family farm in Marion Station. He was a son of the late Horace Monroe and Nora Virginia Elliott Windsor. His wife of 55 years, Gwendolyn Dize Windsor, preceded him in death on January 30, 2018.

Billy was a retired broiler supervisor for Mountaire Farms and was a life member of the Marion Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed cutting grass and loved to go on cruises.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Windsor and wife Lynn of Marion Station; brother, Jerry Windsor and wife Connie of Crisfield; sister, Gayle Harris and husband Greg of Marion Station; grandchildren, Stephanie Merson and husband Tom of Bishopville and Danielle Windsor and fiancé Paul "Trip" Tyler of Crisfield; step-grandchildren, Toni Daugherty and husband Lewis, Jim Evans and wife Melissa of Crisfield and Smith Island, Brandi Scheper and husband Mark of Georgetown, DE, and Jaclyn Wink and husband CJ of Princess Anne; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Brayden, Marley, Sam, and Cody; and several step-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Along with his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Nancy Forrestor, Margaret "Ellen" Winterroth, Phyllis Sterling, and Donald Windsor.

A funeral service will be held at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 2 PM. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Jim Evans will officiate and interment will follow at St. Paul's Cemetery in Marion.
