Tristan Alexander Hitchcock-Haifley was born to David and Rebecca Haifley on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. He passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

Along with his parents, David Haifley and Rebecca Hitchcock Haifley, he is survived by his grandparents, Dennis and Frances Hitchcock and Donna Haifley; his great-grandmother, Lorraine Makowski; his aunts and uncles, Jennifer Mrohs and her husband, Robbie, and their children, Anabelle and Theron; Emily Hitchcock, and Michael Haifley; and several great-aunts and great-uncles.

Tristan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert Haifley; and his aunt, Katherine Haifley.
