PAUL STERLING, 76, of Pocomoke City and formerly of Crisfield, died Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Salisbury Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Born in Crisfield November 29, 1931, he was a son of the late Willis and Grace Blake Sterling.
He was a retired maintenance worker at the former Mrs. Paul's Kitchens in Crisfield. He enjoyed horses, fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Cullen Sterling of Crisfield; his daughter, Barbara Mister and her husband Bill of Eden; two granddaughters, Andrea Mister of Salisbury and Gabrielle Mister of Eden; a brother, Isaac "Buddy" Sterling of Crisfield; two sisters, Royce Ann Schmitz and Esther Mason; a cousin, Betty Crockett of Crisfield; and several other relatives.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Sterling.
Graveside funeral services and interment will be held Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 2 PM in Asbury Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate. Friends may call at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield Tuesday from 11AM until 12 Noon.
