Obituary
Thomas G. Charnock, of Tangier Island, VA, died on Tuesday, October 21, 2008 in Crisfield.
Born in Crisfield and a native of Tangier he was the son of Mary Adelaine Parks Charnock, who survives, and the late Thomas Gladstone Charnock.
Mr. Charnock spend his formative years on Tangier Island. He, as most islanders, became a waterman and traveled the Chesapeake Bay Area making many bay ports his home.
Surviving besides his mother are three brothers, John Robert Charnock of Crisfield, Joseph Park Charnock and David Andrew Charnock, both of Tangier; a sister, Barbara Ann Coulbourne of Tangier, and several nieces, nephews, and aunts.
Memorial services and urn burial will be held at a later date on Tangier Island.
Arrangements are in the care of Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home.
