Terry Lee Dize, 71, of Crisfield, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at his home.

Born in Crisfield on September 13, 1951, he was a son of the late William Harlan and Mary Frances Purcell Dize.

Terry was a 1969 graduate of Crisfield High School. He was a food salesman and also worked at the former Riggin's Grocery store as a butcher.

He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #16 in Crisfield and enjoyed the camaraderie he had there. He was avid golfer and enjoyed playing tennis in his younger years.

He is survived by his brothers, William "Chippie" Dize and wife Sue of Crisfield and Richard Lewis Dize of Berlin; niece Shaun Dize Updike and her husband Frank, and their children, Krue, Finlee, and Ledger; cousins, Grady Jr., Ruth, Cecilia, Frances, Janice, and Fred; and several good friends.

A memorial service at the Crisfield American Legion Post #16 will be held at a later date.
