Suzanne "Sue" Keller-Apperti, 77, of Hearts Ease, near Crisfield, died on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at the Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield. Born in Waynesboro, VA she was daughter of the late Richard Hollar and Evie Ellis Hollar. Her husband, James Keller, is deceased, and is survived by her current husband of 6 years, Michael John Apperti, Jr.

Living in California most of her and Crisfield for the past 6 years, she was a retired Pharmacist Assistant. She was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Crisfield where she was active in the United Methodist Women. She loved to cook, loved her poodle "Champagne" and cat "Spooky", and loved floral arranging.

Surviving besides her husband, Michael, is a son Gregory Keller and wife, Glenda, of Chesapeake, VA; sister, Pat Lewis, of Mechanicsville, VA; cousins Mary Lou Trenble of Warrenton, VA and Laura "Johnnie" Miller of Virginia Beach, VA; nephew, Richard Lewis and great-nephew, Jacob Lewis, both of Radford, VA.

Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Immanuel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kim Gilson officiating.
