Rudolph Thomas Hall, Jr., affectionately known as “Toot”, of Crisfield, passed away Monday May 11, 2026, at home surrounded by loved ones. He was 60 years old.

Born in Crisfield on July 29, 1965, he was a son of the late Rudolph Hall Sr. and Mary Lou Hall of Marion Station.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Donelle Hinman Hall; daughters Stacy Hall Mormello (Steve); Kayla Hall Bowden (Doug); Ana Hall (Johnny); grandchildren Brianna Lowe, Ryan Mormello, Declan Bowden and Jonathon Taylor, Jr. all of Crisfield/Marion Station area; Siblings Ronnie Brittingham of Virginia; William Brittingham(Patty); Robert Hall (Tracey) both of Marion Station; Mary Diggs of Princess Anne; along with a large extended family.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Stephen Mormello, Jr.

A graduate of Crisfield High Class of ’83, Rudy was employed with the family business, Rudy Hall and Sons, later known as Hall’s Soil and Septic. Upon retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He will be incredibly missed by all who loved him.

Interment will be held privately.

A Celebration of Life officiated by Pastor Jerry Lankford will be held Sunday June 7, 2026 4pm at Crisfield American Legion Post 16, 116 Lorrie Quinn Drive, Crisfield, Md 21817. All are welcome. Come as you are.
