Obituary

Rosalind Mae Custis, 69, of Marion Station, died Saturday, December 30, 2017 at McCready Memorial Hospital in Crisfield.

Born in Baltimore, MD on May 13, 1948 she was a daughter of the late Charles Albert Baker and Shirley Irma Gretchen Leisure Baker.

She was a homemaker and a member and past president of the Marion Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Custis; three children, John Baker, Michelle Dize/William, and Jennifer Custis; 7 grandchildren, Geri Lyn Welch, Lindsay Welch, Lauren Welch, Whitney Welch, Mariah Dize, Autumn Custis, and Michael Krauss; a great-grandchild, Mason Lemaster; 2 sisters, Shirley Hooks and Jane Miller; and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Howard and Russell Baker; and a sister, Carol Dalton.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.  The Rev. Stephen S. Willing will officiate.
