Rosa Blades Doughty, 90, of Pocomoke City, died on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Pocomoke City, she was the daughter of the late Arthur L. Blades and Marie R. Richardson Blades. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Doughty. She was a retired cafeteria worker for the Worcester County Board of Education.
She was a member of the Lynnhaven Baptist Church in Pocomoke City.
Surviving is a son, Robert Doughty of Mardela, and a brother, Arthur L. Blades, Jr. of Pocomoke City.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Goodwill Methodist Cemetery near Pocomoke City. The Rev. Kerry Hinton will officiate. There will be no public viewing.
Arrangements are in the care of Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
