Robert Harte "Robbie" Sturgis, 24, of Crisfield, passed away at his home on Sunday, February 16, 2020.

Born in Salisbury on April 25, 1995, he was the son of Carroll Johnson Sturgis, II and Sandra Fay "Sandy" Ford Sturgis of Crisfield.

A 2013 graduate of Crisfield High School, he worked as a cook at various restaurants in the area and was a caretaker for his mother.

Robbie had big heart who always put others first and would always help people in need. He would prepare meals for the homeless and those who were down on their luck. He loved birds, animals, and anything to do with nature.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Jessica Koltuk and husband Mustafa of Berlin and Kristina Arndt of Crisfield; nieces, Zeynep and Melike; nephew, Christopher; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield and will be officiated by Rev. LeBron Palmer.
