Robert Wayne Mason, Jr., 56, of Rhodes Point, Smith Island, died Monday, April 28, 2014 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born in Nassawadox, Virginia on February 1, 1958, he was a son of Anne Marie Bradshaw Snead Miles of Crisfield and Robert Wayne Mason, Sr.

He was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church on Rhodes Point; and he enjoyed building things, and going riding in a car.

He is survived by his mother, Anne Marie Bradshaw Snead Miles of Crisfield; his brother, Kendall Earl Snead, Sr. of Crisfield; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Wanda Marie Snead Somers.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
