Robert Theodore Fifer, 91, of Salisbury, died Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Salisbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in the Washington, DC area on July 17, 1931, he was a US Army veteran of World War II and was a retired cartographer for the US Department of Defense.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Fifer; and his daughter, Lynn Fifer.

A private scattering ceremony will be held at a later date.
