Robert Grayson "Bobby" Coulbourne, 81, of Marion Station, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at McCready Hospital.
Born in Crisfield April 29, 1937, he was the son of the late E. Grayson and Edna Joyce Kaiser Coulbourne.
A truck driver and member of the Million Mile Club, he worked for Tidewater Express for more than 17 years, Delmarva Oil and REA Express. He was a US Navy veteran and a volunteer at the Somerset County Arts Council. He enjoyed woodworking but his passion was being on the water boating and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Earlene Hill Coulbourne of Marion Station; son, Donnie Coulbourne and wife Lynette of Crisfield; daughter, Lori Lee and husband Elwood of Dudley, NC; step-son, Shawn Coirin and girlfriend Melody of Delmar; six grandchildren, Staci Palmer and husband LeBron of Crisfield, Katelyn Wilson of Crisfield, Randy Coulbourne and fiancé Paige of Mt. Vernon, Jamie Coulbourne of Crisfield, Josh Lee and fiancé Stephanie of Dudley, NC, and Jessica Alexander and husband Dustin of Florida; cousin, Joseph "Tinker" Coulbourne of Crisfield; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Coulbourne on June 4, 2018; and a sister, Jean Dize.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 1 PM at Living Hope Ministries Church in Marion Station. Rev. LeBron Palmer will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society or Disabled American Veterans.
