Obituary

Richard Harry "Tiny" Quick, 70, of Westover and formerly of Binghamton, New York, passed away on September 11, 2019 at his home.

Born in Binghamton on October 7, 1948, he was a son of the late Harry Smith Quick and Lillian Jean Hoyt Quick. His wife, Deborah Anne Handzel Quick, preceded him in death on August 19, 2016.  He had been making his home in Westover for the past 42 years.

In New York, Tiny worked in auto body repair and in Maryland was co-owner of a car dealership.

A member of the Angler's Association, he enjoyed surf fishing and buying and selling antique airplane parts. He loved his family, especially his grandkids, and loved to cheer them on at their sports games.

He is survived by his daughter, Theresa Bodley and husband Heath of Greenbackville, VA; grandchildren, Brooke and Jace Bodley; brother, Rodney Frank Quick and wife Donna of Mooresville, NC and their children, Jamie Maillette and Jeremy Quick; sister, Beverly J. Bell and husband Wally of Fredericksburg, VA, and Renee A. Henson and husband Rick of Charlotte, NC and their son, Joel Henson; mother-in-law, Mary Jane Sheely of Binghamton, NY; and brother-in-law Bobby Handzel and wife Teri, and their children, Bobby, Christian, and the late Alex; sister-in-law, Donna Patricks and husband Butch; sister-in-law, Mary Handzel and her son, Dalton Rood; and many close friends.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
