Obituary

Reginald Lee "Reggie" Sterling, Jr., 41, of Crisfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at his home.

Born in Fort Bragg, NC on February 12, 1981, he was a son of Reginald Lee "Reggie" Sterling, Sr. and Catherine Faye Lee Bradshaw of Crisfield.

He was a graduate of Parkside High School class of 1999 and formerly worked as a plumbing assistant for Annemessex Plumbing & Heating. He was a talented artist and specialized in painting naturescapes and superhero drawings.  He also enjoyed wood carving

Reggie enjoyed fishing, fixing cars, and was an avid video gamer. He had a wonderful personality and had the best sense of humor. He was very funny and always enjoyed joking around. He loved family gatherings and especially loved spending time with his children.

He is survived by his father, Reginald Lee "Reggie" Sterling, Sr. and wife Beverly of Salisbury; his mother, Catherine Faye Lee Bradshaw and husband Bruce of Crisfield; his significant other, Ashley Gleason of Crisfield; children, Taylor Lee Sterling and Reginald Lee "Reggie" Sterling, III; siblings, Traci Sterling and her significant other Mark Bishop of Mardela Springs, Jordan Bradford of Fruitland, and Raven Sterling of Princess Anne; maternal grandmother, Shirley Parkinson of Crisfield; nieces, Madison Gordy, Savanah Gordy, Kennedy Bishop, and Willow Bishop; his beloved pet dog "Pepper"; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Virginia and Willis Dryden and Kenneth W. "Snowball" Sterling.

Funeral services at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 2 PM with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Rev. Robert Daniels will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, because of his love for animals, donations in his memory are wished to be made to the Somerset County Humane Society, P.O. Box 493, Princess Anne, MD 21853; or to the Wicomico County Humane Society, 5130 Citation Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804.
