Obituary

In loving memory of Reginald A. Nagle, we are saddened to announce his passing on December 5, 2024, at the age of 73. He passed at the home of his son, Mark Nagle in Marion Station, MD.

Reggie was born on October 22, 1951, to parents Harry Nagle and Mabel Jackson. He grew up alongside his sister, Susan, and attended school in Sparrows Point, Maryland.

Reg started his career at General Motors, in Maryland. Then, in 1981, he got a transfer to GM in Shreveport, LA and moved to Elysian Fields, TX. After his long career with General Motors, he eventually retired and drove a diesel truck for a few years just to stay busy.

Reggie was a hard-working man, a devoted dad, a loving Pawpaw, and he enjoyed his free time. He was a cowboy. He raised cattle and loved riding his horses on trail rides in his younger years. Later, Reg could often be spotted riding one of his Harley Davidsons, enjoying one of his grandchildren's events, or settling down with a good Western movie to relax.

While Reggie will be dearly missed, the impact he had will be cherished by his children as well as his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Reggie is survived by his sister and her husband, Susan and Kenny Boos and his nephew , Charles Pamplin III and wife, Cindy; his son, Mark Nagle, and his children, Meghan, Gus, Cash, Sierra and Waylon; his daughter and her husband, Carley and Aaron Dixey and children, Jackson, Eli, Madeline and Charlotte; his daughter, Kandy Spinler, and her children, Kelsea and Seth; his daughter and her husband Tessa and Don Rolland and children, Katie, Hannah, Nolan, Nicholas and Landon; his son, Robert Spinler II and wife Christina and children, Lily, Trey and Ethan; his son, Bradley Spinler; and a handful of great grandchildren. Reg was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Mabel Nagle.
