Raymond Eugene Hill, 70, of Crisfield, died Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Tawes Nursing Home.

Born in Crisfield February 8, 1944, he was a son of the late Ray Wilson Hill and Jeanette Thornton Hill.

He was a retired electrician and a talented wood carver who enjoyed playing the guitar. He loved eagles and his dog "Tori". He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Baltimore.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Renee Daum and husband Rick of Westover; his companion, Lila Purdy of Baltimore; a sister, Shirley Butterworth of Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Hill.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 7 PM at the Crisfield Wesleyan Church. Reverends Bob Daniels and Terry Riggin will officiate. Urn interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
