Ray D. Sterling, 65, of Salisbury and formerly of Crisfield, died Monday, May 31, 2021 at his home.

Born in Crisfield June 27, 1955, he was a son of the late William Rodney "Bill Domie" Sterling and Eleanor Tull Sterling.

A graduate of Crisfield High School class of 1973, he loved spending time with his family and extended family and was known for his sense of humor.

He is survived by his son, Christopher Wayne Sterling, Sr. of Salisbury; his sister-in-law, Rowena Sterling of Texas; three grandchildren, Christopher Wayne Sterling, Jr., Peyton Eli Sterling, and Da'Von Perry; and several cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Elisabeth Sterling on September 4, 1999; and his brother, Roy Rodney Sterling.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a visitation will be one hour prior.
