Raul Carrasquillo, 83, of Crisfield and formerly of Queens, New York, died Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury.

Born March 5, 1935 in Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Frank and Josefa Carrasquillo.  He had been a resident of Crisfield for 15 years.

He was a commercial artist specializing in photo retouching, and he enjoyed making pottery, painting, and bowling.  He attended St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church when he was able.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Hernandez Carrasquillo of Crisfield; a son, Raul Carrasquillo, Jr. and wife Yvonne of Puerto Rico; a brother, Peter Carrasquillo of Puerto Rico; a sister, Carmen Vega of California; two grandsons, Raul Ernesto Carrasquillo of Philadelphia and Raul Enrique Carrasquillo of Puerto Rico; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services officiated by Deacon Tom Cimino will be Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a viewing will be one hour prior. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
