Obituary

PEGGY JEAN WOOSTER, 68, of Crisfield, died Thursday, May 15, 2008 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Born in Crisfield on April 23, 1940, she was the daughter of the late William and Rebecca Tawes Wooster.

A member of Eastern Shore Evangelistic Church, she was a day care provider for over 20 years. She enjoyed being a day care "Mom-Mom", and loved having a house full of children at all times. She was loved by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by four children, Dolores "Dee" Evans of Rochester, NY, Tracy Ennis and wife Nancy of Marion Station, Troy Wooster and wife Terri of Princess Anne and Sherri Dryden and husband Eric of Crisfield; six grandchildren, Heather Thompson and husband Keith of Marion Station, Brock Evans of Pennsylvania, Keli Ann Wooster of Marion Station, Taylour Workman of Crisfield, whom she raised as a daughter, Roger Riggin, IV of Crisfield and Jordyn Dryden of Crisfield; one great-grandson, Daniel Ryon Thompson of Marion Station; two brothers, Philip Wooster and wife Jo and Bobby Wooster and wife Louise, all of Crisfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a baby daughter, Rebecca Workman in 1972.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 19, 2008 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield. The Rev. Jerry Hughes will officiate. There will be no public viewing, but the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park in Crisfield.
