Paul Elliott Outten, 78, of Westover, went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home.
Born in Pocomoke on July 19, 1938, he was a son of the late Maurice and Sadie Elliott Outten.
Mr. Outten was the owner of Outten Paving and a member of Living Hope Ministries. He enjoyed woodworking and RV traveling.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 52 years, Millie Outten; three children, Clay Outten and wife Kay of Venton, MD, Paula Jarman and husband Al of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Jolynn Pruitt and husband Philip "Nanner" of Westover; four grandchildren, Jennifer Outten, Alan Ray Jarman, Stephen Jarman, and William Jarman and wife Cady; two great grandchildren, Asher and Corinne Jarman; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Earl, Carl, and Bobby Outten.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 2 PM at Living Hope Ministries in Marion where a viewing will be one hour prior. Pastors LeBron Palmer, Matthew Sterling, and Ryan Sterling will officiate. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
