Oakland Carter Taylor, infant son of Denise Bernal-Rubio of Crisfield and Jonathon Shane Taylor of Marion, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Bartolo Bernal and Amparo Rubio of Crisfield; paternal grandparents, George Phillip Taylor, Jr. and Marshalann Denise Taylor of Marion; aunts and uncles, Noe Bernal of Crisfield and Maegan Nelson and Gabriella Taylor of Marion; and cousins, Mauricio Bernal of Crisfield, Aubrey Bernal of Pocomoke and Marshonia McClendon of Crisfield.

Oakland was a "Little Trooper" and was loved very much.

A funeral service officiated by Father William Porter will be held Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
