Elizabeth Roush, 81, of Crisfield, died Monday, March 27, 2017 at UMSMC Easton.

Born in Crisfield April 6, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Evelin Somers Parker.

She was a licensed practical nurse working most of her career in Oklahoma.

She enjoyed crocheting, writing poetry, and reading but most of all she loved spending time with her family and doting on her grandchildren.

She is survived by three children, James Roush, Larry Roush and Susan Stang; grandchildren, Christopher Roush, Jeremy Roush, Jolene Roush, Amy Shaw, Desiree Roush, Parker Stang, and Emily Stang; five great-grandchildren; her special friend, Carlton Windsor; and many special cousins.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother who raised her, Katie Somers; her son, John Roush; and her aunts and uncles that were like her siblings, Ann Baumeister, Mary Ellen Collins, Jeanette Abbott, Allen "Froggy" Somers, Arthur "Buster" Somers, and Lucy Turack.

A memorial service officiated by the Rev. Stephen S. Willing will be Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where friends may visit from 1:30-2 PM. Urn interment will follow in Crisfield Cemetery.
