Mitchell K. Sterling, 76, of Crisfield, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin in Princess Anne.

Born in Crisfield May 27, 1939, he was a son of the late Jacob Kilraine and Eutha Mae Sterling.

He worked at the former Carvel Hall Cutlery and was a member of Crisfield Wesleyan Church and the Delmarva Stroke Club.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Rebecca Sue Tyler Sterling of Crisfield; three sons, Calvin Mitchell Sterling and his significant other Katrina Duitscher of Crisfield, Michael David Sterling and his wife Starlet Rima of Tangier Island, and Jacob Kay Sterling and his wife Cynthia of Angier, NC; grandchildren, Darrell Mitchell Sterling and his wife Jennifer of Crisfield, Richard Jackson Sterling of Crisfield, Chelsea Kaye Sterling of Crisfield, David Michael Sterling of Crisfield, Angel Marie Sterling of Tangier Island, Heather Dawn Brink of Cape Coral, Florida, James Payne Waddell of Angier, NC, Madysen Grace McGuire of Cape Coral, Florida, and Wesley Diesel Watson of Cape Coral, Florida.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home. Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate. Urn interment will be in Asbury Cemetery.
