Michelle Lee Bail Mullican, 35, of Salisbury and formerly of Smith Island, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center.

Born in Vineland, New Jersey on January 2, 1985, she was a daughter of Clifford R. Bail of Princess Anne and Lonna Powers Rayfield and her husband Robert of Salisbury.

A graduate of Holly Grove Christian School class of 2003, she attended Wor-Wic Community College and Sojourner Douglas College to obtain her LPN.  She started her nursing career as a CNA at McCready Memorial Hospital, and later worked as an LPN at Manokin Manor Nursing Home in Princess Anne and most recently Salisbury Genesis Nursing Home.

Michelle grew up on Smith Island and had many family and friends there who held a special place in her heart. She enjoyed going to church and attended Sonrise Church in Salisbury. She loved dancing and being outdoors, especially fishing or going to the beach. She deeply loved and cherished her sons and loved spending time with them.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her sons, Hugh Bryant "Bud Bud" Mullican, IV and Jacob Michael Mullican, both of Salisbury; sister, Tori Powers-Marshall and husband Keith Marshall, Jr. of Stockton; brother, Alex Bail of Texas; aunt, Tammy Powers Bradshaw and husband Adam of Westover; and many special relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Harold Powers; grandparents, Helen and Harry Rohr, Vernon and Shirley Stewart, and Harold White Powers; and great-grandparents, Luther Chelton Evans and Rachel Jane Evans;

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 3 PM at Sonrise Church, 814 Albert Street, Salisbury, MD.
