Martha Ann Sterling Harbold, 59, of Crisfield, died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

Born in Crisfield March 29, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Charles W. and Bertie Lea Moore Sterling.

A member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, she enjoyed cooking for family meals and holiday gatherings. She loved spending time with her family and doting on her grandsons. Martha was a selfless person who was not content unless she was doing for others. She was a friend to all who knew her and will be missed by many.

She is survived by her two sons whom she was especially proud of, Jason Saurbaugh and wife Heather of Crisfield and Marc Sterling and wife Jamie of Pittsburgh, PA; three grandsons whom she adored, Marcus, Parker and Sawyer Sterling; and her always supportive brother, Les Malin of Crisfield.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Malin.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 5 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield. Pastor Allen Matthews will officiate. Urn interment will be at a later date in Asbury Cemetery.
