Obituary
M. Kathryn Laird, 100, of Buffalo, NY and formerly of Crisfield, died on Sunday, July 5, 2009 in Buffalo.
Born in Crisfield January 22, 1909, she was the daughter of the late Levi Laird and Lula League Laird. She was a self employed hairdresser for many years.
She was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Crisfield.
Surviving is her sister, Rebecca Cavender of Portsmouth, VA; nieces, Jeanne Laird and Mary Lou Sticht of Cheektowaga, NY, Pat Mills of Crisfield, Deanna Feeser of Glenville, PA, and Janet Monday of Portsmouth, VA; nephews, Don Blades of Salisbury, Dan Blades of Bowie, and Jim Cavender of North Carolina.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Arthur, Leslie, and John Laird, and two sisters, Evelyn Blades and Grace Dunn and a nephew, Robert Laird.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date at the Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
