Lucine Mason Taylor, 79, of Crisfield, went to her Heavenly home on Monday, December 17, 2018 from PRMC.
Born in Crisfield July 31, 1939, she was the daughter of the late William Bert and Edith Jane Sterling Mason.
A homemaker, she was a graduate of Crisfield High School class of 1957.
Lucine was a faithful and devoted member of Asbury United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School and ran the nursery for more than 60 years and was active in the United Methodist Women Martha Circle. She loved cats, music and Christmas, which was her favorite holiday. Most of all, she loved her family and cherished every moment spent with her grandkids and great grandkids who were her life.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, George Lee Taylor, Sr. of Crisfield; three children, Lu Ann Goldsborough and husband Dean, George Lee Taylor, Jr. and wife Mary, and Kathy Lynn Reynolds and husband Bill, all of Crisfield; nine grandchildren, Christopher Goldsborough of Crisfield, Casey Goldsborough and girlfriend Vicky Mears of Crisfield, Mary Lou Mandigo and husband Andrew of Pocomoke City, Mindy Lynn Bentley and husband Andy of Crisfield, Ashley Lee Taylor of Crisfield, Karis White and husband Andy of Crisfield, Alyssa Reynolds of Crisfield, Chet Reynolds and wife Patience of Laurel, DE, and Tabitha Reynolds of Rapidan, VA; six great grandchildren, Camden Bentley, Brenden Bentley, Grayden Bentley, Ryley Walston, Evelynn Reynolds, Dominick Reynolds and Baby Amelia Goldsborough on the way; two nephews, Randy Swift and wife Terry of Powellville and Tommy Mason of Crisfield; and several other nieces and nephews and cousins.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William B. Mason, Jr.; and a nephew, William B. Mason, III.
Funeral services officiated by the Rev. Sumner Jones will be Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2 PM at Asbury U. M. Church where a viewing will be one hour prior. Interment will follow in Asbury Cemetery.
