Lorraine Patricia Charnock, 63, of Tangier, Virginia, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the home of her daughter, Trish Warfield, in Crisfield.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on February 3, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Elizabeth Epp Morris. She had been making her home on Tangier for the past four years and formerly lived in Fredericksburg, VA.
Lorraine was a strong woman who was known for getting things done. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Joseph Parker Charnock of Tangier; her son, Joseph Michel of Cocoa, Florida and his children Amber, Drake and Jade; her daughter, Trish Warfield and husband Tony of Crisfield and their children Josh, Adrianna, Jenna, Anthony, and Caleb; her son, David Charnock of Fredericksburg and his children Destany, Haley, and Emily; her great-granddaughter, Athena; and her brothers and sisters, Michael, John and Dawn Morris, and Gerri Elbaz.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Norman and David Morris.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 1 PM at the Crisfield Church of God where the family will receive friends one hour prior. Rev. Harvey Tyler will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help the family with final expenses may be sent to Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
