Linda L. Bishop, 72, a resident of Manokin Manor in Princess Anne and formerly of Crisfield and Severn, died Friday, May 5, 2023 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.

Born in Baltimore on February 13, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Betty Cherry Bishop. She was a seamstress at the former Itsi Uniform Manufacturer in Laurel, MD.

She loved crafts of all kinds but especially needlepoint. She loved her dogs, shopping, puzzle books, and coloring on her ipad.

She is survived by her brother, Joel "Joebie" Bishop and wife Deborah of SC; a special nephew and niece, Robert Hunt (Tammy) and Angel Hunt (Joe) of Crisfield; great-nieces and great-nephews; Jacob Hood, Virginia Hunt, Mya Hunt, Steven Hunt, Robert Snyder and his sons Kolton and Emmett, and Shelby Pruitt; and several other nieces and nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Bishop; a sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Cecil Hunt; and her best friend, Linda Hughes.

A graveside memorial service for family will be Monday, July 10, 2023 at 11 AM at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.
