Lillian Jane Forbush, 94, of Crisfield, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Salisbury Genesis Nursing Home.
Born in Crisfield on July 19, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Alma Crockett Riggin. Her husband, Leland Bryant Forbush, died January 15, 1985.
A Crisfield High School graduate, she was a homemaker and a member of the Evangelical Wesleyan Church in Crisfield.
She is survived by two sons, Ralph "Cappy" Forbush and his wife Patty of Pocomoke City and John Forbush and his wife Norma of Salisbury; four grandchildren, Michael Forbush and his wife Lisa, Susan Anderson and her husband Keith, Jill Wilson and her husband Steve, and Lynne Evans; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Tom Riggin.
A graveside funeral service and interment will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 1 PM at Sunnyridge Memorial Park in Crisfield. The Rev. Terry Riggin will officiate. There will be no public viewing.
