Lawrence E. (Larry) Kerr, 69, of Crisfield, died Saturday, March 25, 2017.

Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Maryann Crue and the step-son of the late Herbert Crue.

Larry worked in plumbing and heating for 15 years. After moving to Crisfield in 1988 he was a waterman for 20 years. Later, he returned to plumbing and heating for an additional 5 years. A US Navy veteran of Vietnam, he volunteered at the former Crisfield VFW Post #8274 until they closed. He enjoyed deer hunting, playing cards, shooting pool, and the company of his friends. He was also a diehard Ravens and Orioles fan!

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda; daughter, Michelle Kucharski of Crisfield; son, Tony Kerr of Mississippi; sister, Patsy Palmisano of Ellicott City; seven grandchildren, Sage Kucharski, Shelby Kucharski, Skyler Kucharski, Ann Jankowski, Sophie Jones, Kimberly Kerr, and Kamaron Kerr; nephew, Tommy Cave of Carroll County; and niece, Tammy Griffin of Ellicott City.

Along with his mother and step-father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leroy Kerr.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where friends may visit one hour prior. The Rev. Bob Daniels will officiate.
