Krista L. Dunn Evans, 42, of Lebanon, PA and formerly of Crisfield, MD, passed away Monday, December 30, 2024.

Born in Salisbury on September 12, 1982 and raised in Crisfield, she was a daughter of the late William Foster Dunn and Thelma Johnson Dunn.

A member of Crisfield High School class of 2000, Krista was co-owner alongside her husband of several Tropical Smoothie locations until her recent retirement.  There, she "adopted" several of her younger employees, her "Trop Girls".

She loved spoiling her babies- both fur and human.  She also may have had a mild obsession with snowmen, the ID channel, and TikTok.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Bradley Evans of Lebanon; siblings, Kenneth Dunn (Brenda) of Fruitland, Kathy Thomas (Billie) of Crisfield, Karen Sterling of Salisbury, and Billy Gannon (Shannon) of Crisfield; devoted nieces, Catherine Thomas and Madison Thomas who lived with her; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; her best friend and sister-in-law, Ericka Hodge (Devon) of Lebanon; sister-in-law, Kristy Ignaccolo (Steve) of Crisfield and Melody Evans (Eric) of Salisbury; brother-in-law, Ryan Evans of Lebanon; and parents-in-law, Rick and Angie Evans of Lebanon and Lynn and Melvin Higgs of Crisfield.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Stephen S. Willing will be Friday, January 10, 2025 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a visitation will be from 12-1 PM.  Urn interment will follow in Quinton Cemetery in Pocomoke.

Since she was an avid animal lover, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local humane society in her name.
