Kim Elaine Harrington, 61, of Parsonsburg, died Friday, September 3, 2021 at her home.

Born in Salisbury March 5, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Evelyn Hornsby.

She was a graduate of Wicomico High School class of 1978 and was office manager at Wicomico Vault Company in Salisbury for 40 years.

Over the years, she was leader of Girl Scout Troop #277 and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She enjoyed the Baltimore Orioles, NASCAR, traveling to Lancaster, PA, and collecting Coca-Cola Memorabilia.

She is survived by her husband of almost 26 years, William L. "Billy" Harrington of Parsonsburg; and her daughter, Taylor Elaine Harrington and fiancé Robert Brian Jones Constantine of Laurel, DE.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Goss.

A memorial service will be Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
