Judy Ann Smith, 75, of Crisfield, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Snow Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Born in Crisfield on October 10, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Charles Frederick Smith and Arelia Roberta Ford Smith.
Judy was a graduate of Crisfield High School class of 1968 and was the bookkeeper/administrative assistant at Tawes Brothers Auto for 52 years, retiring in June of 2020.
She was a faithful member of Immanuel United Methodist Church where she was active in the Sanctuary Choir. She was also a Notary Public for the State of Maryland and a member of the former Women's Civic Club in Crisfield.
She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing in her school and church choirs. In addition, she enjoyed traveling and her Book Club.
Judy is survived by her nephew, Jon Edward Dize (Kathy); her grand nephew, John Wayne Dize, Sr. (Ashley); and her great-grand nephew, John Wayne Dize, Jr.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Thomas; a special cousin, Donna Wigglesworth; and her close friends, John and Margaret Lee Tawes.
Funeral services officiated by Pastor Jim Riley will be held Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11 AM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a viewing will be one hour prior. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Immanuel U. M. Church Memorial Fund, c/o Robert H. Bradshaw, Jr., 306 W. Main Street, Crisfield, MD 21817.
