Joseph D. Robertson, 84, of Marion Station, died Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the home of his niece in Salisbury.

Born in the Hopewell area of Crisfield on March 18, 1938, he was a son of the late Tom and Mary Buldger Robertson.

He was retired from Rubberset Corporation in Crisfield and enjoyed selling produce at Gordon's in his later years.  He served in the United States Navy for 4 years and the United States Air Force for 13 years.  His memberships include the Stanley Cochrane Post #16 American Legion and the former VFW Post #8274.  In his younger years he attended Quindocqua United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his nieces, Margaret Robertson Ward/Ben of Salisbury, Joan Robertson Swift/Archie East of Marion Station, Joyce Ann Robertson of Princess Anne, Ellen Robertson Osman of Salisbury, and Debbie Robertson Diehl/Jim of Salisbury; nephew, Danny Mark Robertson/Cheryl of Marion Station; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ira Thomas "Tommy" Robertson and Carroll Conner; a sister, Aleen Conner Haynie; and nephews, Tommy Lee Robertson and Clifton Osman.

Funeral services officiated by Rev. Stephen S. Willing will be Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a viewing will be one hour prior.  Interment with military honors will be in St. Paul's Cemetery in Marion Station.
