Joseph Michael "Mike" Ward, 55, of Princess Anne, passed away on January 11, 2023.

Born in Crisfield on August 13, 1967, he was a son of the late Harvey William Ward, Sr. and Diane L. Bromley Ward.

Mike worked doing lawn care maintenance and loved hanging out with friends and family. He was close with his brothers, and they always called each other "Bunkin."

He is survived by his son, Skylar Long of Florida; brothers, Weldon Ward and his girlfriend, Ann Smullen of Princess Anne and Chris Bromley and his wife, Tina of Pocomoke; half brothers, Phillip Ward and Harvey Ward, Jr.; half sister, Donna Jean Ward; six grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Hailey Bromley, Spencer Sayre, Laura Johnson, Luke Smullen, Chelsea Smullen, Tony Ward, and Aaron Ward; his previous girlfriend of 19 years, Victoria Adkins and her three children, Kevin Carver, Kyle Kirkendall, and Zachary Hitchins; the Laird family; the Evans family; and the Marshall family.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Marshall.

The family will be reaching out to family and friends when a service time is decided.
