Jose Gabriel Tellez-Gonzalez of Salisbury, died October 14, 2022 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.

He was born March 4, 1950 in Mexico, and was a devoted family man.  He was also dedicated to his job at Millville Lumber Company in Snow Hill for over 20 years and was a part of the Pentecostal Church in Salisbury.

He is survived by his wife, Dora Ramirez; son, Alejandro Tellez-Reyes; daughters, Marcela Tellez-Reyes, Rosa Tellez-Reyes, Veronica Tellez-Reyes,  Adriana Tellez-Reyes,  Gabriella Tellez-Reyes,  Lupe Tellez-Reyes, and Maricela Tellez-Reyes; sisters, Alicia Tellez-Gonzalez, María Guadalupe Tellez-Gonzalez, Yolanda Tellez-Gonzalez, Marta Tellez-Gonzalez, Irma Tellez-Gonzalez, Lucia Tellez-Gonzalez, and Oliva Tellez-Gonzalez; granddaughter, Jazmin Tellez-Gonzalez; and nieces, Leticia Perez-Tellez, Maria Perez-Tellez, Alicia Perez-Tellez, Patricia Perez-Tellez, and Belgica Serrano; and nephew, Jimmy Serrano.

He was preceded in death by his father, Celestino Tellez-Delgado; his mother, Rosa Gonzalez-Robles; his brothers, Jose Furgencio Tellez-Gonzalez, Jose Maria Tellez-Gonzalez, and Faustino Tellez-Gonzalez.

A viewing will be Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2-4PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home.  A Prayer of the Rosary will be at 4PM.

Interment will take place at a later date in Zinapecuaro, Michoacan, Mexico.
