Jerry Lee Swift, 67, of Crisfield, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Salisbury.
Born in Crisfield on October 6, 1953, he was the son of Jessie Ola Cullen Swift of Crisfield and the late George William Swift.
He was a 1974 graduate of Crisfield High School and worked at the former Mrs. Paul's Kitchen until its closing.
Jerry loved riding his bicycle, woodworking, watching old movies, and listening to music, especially Ernest Tubb. He loved going to Gordon's and he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Along with his mother, he is survived by his sister, Terry Lee Troxell/Bob of Crisfield; nieces and nephews, Lisa Tull/Jody of Marion and Robert Troxell, Jr./Amy of Pocomoke; great-nieces and nephews, Courtney Stewart/Jeremy of Crisfield, Zachary Tull/Savanna Hoffman of Pocomoke, Megan Tull of Marion, Alexis Dize/Tre of Pocomoke, and Alana Troxell of Pocomoke; great-great-nieces and nephews, Willis Redden, Addision Stewart, Myla Stewart, and Liam Handy; aunts and uncle, Sarah Mears, Ada Killmon, Edna Lawson, Peggy Frock, Ola Lilliston, and Paul Cullen; and several cousins.
Along with his father he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services officiated by Pastor Jim Evans will be held at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 2 PM. A public viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Sunnyridge Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Lower Somerset County Ambulance and Rescue Squad (LSCARS), P.O. Box 406, Crisfield, MD 21817.
