Jenny R. Jennings, 82, of Marion, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional.

Born in Crisfield on September 20, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Russell Johnson and Nellie Nelson Johnson. Her husband of 40 years, Joseph Anthony "Joe" Jennings, preceded her in death on December 30, 2017.

She was a graduate of Crisfield High School and worked as a cook at the Crisfield Marina as well as Watermen's Inn. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and cooking. She also loved spending time with her autistic grandson, Joseph Brittingham, who lived with her. She was caring and loved doing things for others.  She also loved animals, especially her pet cat "Muffy".

She is survived by three daughters, Lori Charnick (Gary) of Crisfield, Patricia Miller (Rick) of Crisfield, and Theresa Lundgren Brittingham (Billy) of Crisfield; her brother and sisters, Russell Johnson Jr. of Crisfield, Dorothy "Dot" Jones of Crisfield, and Bonnie Tyler of Crisfield; grandchildren, Heather Landon, Kris Sterling, Greg Sterling, Jenny Sterling, Joshua Lundgren, and Joseph Brittingham; great-grandchildren, Zoe Sterling, Logan Sterling, Robert Irving, Lacey Irving, and Alex Irving. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by two brothers James "Jimmy" Johnson, and Edwin Johnson, and a sister Betty Tull.
