Janet Lee Price, 88, of Crisfield, died Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at her home.
Born in Crisfield December 5, 1929, she was the daughter of the late H. Parker Tull and Elsie Lee Carson Tull. Her husband, Donald Myron Price, died November 7, 1991.
A graduate of Crisfield High School, she obtained a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Maryland College Park. She was a retired school teacher, teaching at the former Crisfield Elementary School #1 for 20 years. She truly loved teaching children and loved the staff she worked with.
"Tease", as she was affectionately known, was a faithful member of Immanuel United Methodist Church. She adored her family, and enjoyed spending time with "The Golden Girls" and her friends in her various Bridge Clubs.
She is survived by her very special grandchildren, Jill Elizabeth Price and James Myron Price, both of Princess Anne; her daughter-in-law and friend, Judy Laird Price of Princess Anne; her brother-in-law, Larry Price and wife Fran of NC; and her best friend, Mary Lou Rice of Crisfield.
Along with her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her sons, Donald P. "Donnie" Price on May 13, 2014 and David Miles Price on June 5, 2009; her great aunt and friend, Nellie Mae Smith; and her special friend, Marge Bryan.
Funeral services officiated by the Reverends Bill Sterling and Paul Holland will be Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home where a visitation will be one hour prior. Interment will follow in St. Paul's Episcopal Church Cemetery.
