Jacki Lynn Crockett, 32, of Crisfield, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021.

Born in Salisbury on August 4, 1988, she was the daughter of Stacy Lynn Parks Ballard and Jackie Wayne "Rocky" Crockett, Jr.

Jacki enjoyed being outdoors, especially going to the beach, and she loved music. She loved her children and family very much, and adored her grandmother, Bonnie.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her children, Alaina Domenick, Brooklyn Hinman, and Logan Zickafoose; grandparents,  Bonnie Parks and Jack Crockett; fiance, Michael Zickafoose; siblings, Mashala Ballard, Jaden Ballard, Isaiah Ballard, Tonya Crockett, Justin Crockett, Nakia Gale, Anita Ballard, Timothy "BamBam" Harris, Irving Ballard, Jr., Ikera Ballard, and Shaquille Whidbee; uncle, Rick Evans; a special Mom-Mom, Eloise Parks; a special friend, Brittney Pepper; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Irving Wayne Ballard; and grandparents, Sharon Crockett and Francis Edward "Ronnie" Parks.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Living Hope Ministries of the Eastern Shore at 2 PM. Rev. LeBron Palmer will officiate.
