Obituary

JOHN HILTON CAUSEY, JR., 88, of Marion Station and formerly of Pocomoke City, died Saturday, June 23, 2007 at McCready Memorial Hospital in Crisfield.

Born in Pocomoke City, Maryland on November 20, 1918, he was the only child of the late John Hilton, Sr. and Lillie Hill Causey.

He enjoyed playing the guitar and banjo, cards and chess. He also loved to dress up in his suit and favorite hat.

He is survived by his cousins, Jane Savington and her husband Howard of Easton, Florann Klusener of Fresno, California, Dorothy Hill Nagel of Salisbury, and Welton Hill of Pocomoke City; several other relatives; and his special family at Somerset Community Services in Marion Station.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 9, 2007 at 1 PM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield where friends may call one hour prior to the service. The Rev. David Parke will officiate. Interment will follow in Bethany Methodist Cemetery in Pocomoke City. Memorial contributions may be sent to Somerset Community Services, P. O. Box 18, Marion Station, Maryland 21838.

Arrangements are in the care of Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield.
