Isaac Littleton "Butch" Sterling, 81, was called to his eternal rest on Friday, December 13, 2024.

Born in Crisfield on Nov. 26, 1943, he was the son of the late Willis Sterling and Ruth Mason Sterling.

Butch worked for the former Holsum Bakery and also Rubberset from which he retired.

He is survived by Charles "Eugie" Pruitt, who he grew up with as a brother, Eugie's wife Winnie and their children Connie Gerald and Royce Pruitt all of Crisfield; his sisters Royce Ann Schmitz of Crisfield and Esther Coddington of Delmar, MD; many nieces and nephews that called him "Uncle Buddy" and a special friend Dickie "Tighty" Mister of Crisfield.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Paul Sterling and Willis Sterling; and nieces Michelle Thomas and Melinda Mason.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 2 PM at Asbury Church Cemetery in Crisfield.
