Howard James Baughman, 90, of Marion, died Monday, May 11, 2015 at Aurora Senior Living of Manokin in Princess Anne.

Born in Pennsylvania on November 15, 1924, he was a son of the late James and Emma Dively Baughman. His wife, Jane E. Baughman, died February 28, 2000. He had been making his home in Marion for about 15 years.

He was a member of St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Westover and was a US Navy veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his special friend, Barbara Asanovich and her family of Marion; a brother, Danny Baughman of Pennsylvania; two granddaughters, Jananne Leslie and Rachel Baughman; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11 AM at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield where a viewing will be one hour prior. Father William Porter will officiate. Interment will be at 2 PM at Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock, Maryland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Religious Education Fund, P.O. Box 179, Pocomoke, MD 21851.
